Some tips to point you in the right direction:
- Family Back Garden – If you are looking to re vitalise your family back garden then look for a turf or seed that is Rye Grass based. This means the turf will be hardwearing and easy to maintain.
- Ornamental Lawn – If you are after a more ornamental lawn, then rye grass is usually less desirable. Look for a turf or seed that is mainly fescue grasses rather than rye grass. This will give it a more aesthetic appearance but does require a bit more work to keep it well maintained and looking good.

Choices of turf we offer
- Stadium Type Turf – This is our most popular turf in the range. It is perfect for any family garden with a high percentage of Rye Grasses which means it’s hard wearing and easy to maintain. If it is a nice robust family garden lawn that you are after – Stadium is the turf for you.
- Rye Supreme Turf – Similar to our Stadium turf, this is even more robust and hard wearing. If you think your garden takes a bit more hammer from the kids or maybe you have dogs or pets running around too, then Rye Supreme is a good choice for you. This is very durable, whilst being pleasing to the eye with its finer blades.
- Economy Turf – As the name suggests, this is our most economical option and is perfect for a family garden where budget is a key factor. Similar to the stadium turf but with a slightly lower grade, this will still give you a lawn to be proud of.
The odd none grass plant may have sneaked in but will be 99% weed free

Fresh Lawn Seed
If you decide it’s re-seeding you would like because you either want a mixed lawn or just prefer the economy of this option then ATM Paving & Landscaping has you covered.
• We first remove any rubble, stones, old lawn, weeds, shrubs and foliage and rake it back to a soil state or apply new topsoil depending on the job.
• Then we re-seed using your chosen professional grade grass seed which is self fertilising and robust.
• Next we either peg and string or cover the seeds so they get chance to germinate before the wild life can eat them.
